Walk to Beach 2BR with High Speed WiFi

Positive: This is a great, family friendly place to stay in San Diego. I stayed here with my husband and 1 year old son for a week. The location is walking distance to the beach as well as shops, restaurants, etc. We had dinner a few nights at restaurants walking distance from the apartment, we walked directly to the beach boardwalk (my son loved the bubble man!) and we shopped at a few locally owned boutiques nearby. We also drove to the San Diego Zoo and Seaworld which were not too far away. Despite the central location, the street the home is on is still fairly quiet and residential. And having laundry available was amazing! We were also really happy with the property management company. Our flight out of San Diego got cancelled so when we were trying to figure out our options, the property management company responded quickly after I called to ask if we could stay an extra night either in this property or one of their other properties. We ultimately ended up not needing to do that, but their quick response at 6PM on a Saturday was very much appreciated while we were frantically trying to rebook our flight. Negative: Parking is a bit tricky, but we still managed to find street parking every night as long as we were willing to park up to a few blocks away. This is the price you pay for living somewhere fairly central, so while it was a bit annoying, it was definitely worth the tradeoff for having such an amazing location.

We had an excellent stay at this property in Pacific Beach. Location provides an easy walk to many of the nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach. Property management was responsive and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place centrally located. Parking was pretty easy. Looked just like the pictures inside.
