Walk to the Beach&Shops | Charming Coastal Getaway

Very cute little condo! We enjoyed our time here. Walking distance from the beach, restaurants in PB and the bars which make things very easy. Very easy to communicate with the host and they allowed us to check in a little early which was very nice. Only complaints about the place were: the sheets for the pull out couch were a little dirty. Had some black smudges on the white sheets. Some of the dishes were sticky so we washed everything we used before using it. The doors from the rooms to the jack-n-Jill bathroom all bang into each other and leads to tight quarters. No ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom compromised air circulation a bit but they did provide us with a portable fan that we placed in the living room to blow cold air into the bedroom. Overall we had many more positives than negatives and I would recommend this place for a fun weekend get away with friends.

This property was really nice to stay in. Walking distance to everything an the beach was only 2 blocks away. Very clean and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again.

Host very nice, kept in touch, made sure we were able to check in & out okay, good central location Positive: Great Location, beds comfortable, clean. Negative: Only one bathroom. Couch is not comfortable in living room. We barely spent time there so it was fine. We had 4 guests, I would not recommend any more than 4 people to stay or it would be too crowded/small.

This property was a lovely two bedroom apartment that allowed for a great location to call a home away from home while visiting the beach community of Pacific Beach. The location was very convenient in the aspect of everything was within a short stroll or easy to navigate to by car. If you like staying somewhere that you feel like a local, this is the place. The apartment was well maintained and the amenities were as though I stocked my own home. Thank you Mark (West Coast Homestays) for sharing your property! I will keep it in mind next time I decide to take a holiday in the San Diego region.
