Bayfront Oasis Near Boardwalk and Water

The place and location was great and the condo was clean and modern.

Family vacation was nice, enjoyed the location, house was comfortable , good communication with host Positive: Location is right on the beach, walking and bike right outdoor, next to a children park,=. Easy check in,. Host great on communication. Well equipped kitchen, large windows with splendid view. Terrace on both levels with splendid view. Negative: Floors were dirty and full of sand at arrival. Same for terrace, full of sand. Clogged bath tub. Noisy from joggers, bikers until late night, not good if you have toddler.

A very lovely stay in an ideal Pacific Beach location. Positive: The location is excellent, the living areas are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, cups, tableware, pots, pans, etc. The coffee maker can both brew a pot of coffee or take Keurig cups, very convenient. Beach chairs, blankets, body surfing boards are in the pantry. But the best features are the two balconies that directly and fully overlook Mission Bay and the beach. We will absolutely stay here again. Negative: The only "negative," which could be a positive to some, was the inability to have dogs in the unit for a visit. Not a big deal though.

We loved this property. We booked for over a week an it was perfect. We had a variety of activities for everyone in our group - from sunbathing on the bay, walks on the beach, happy hour at Pacific Beach. The property had allThe amenities for home cooked meals. We cooked and tried amazing restaurants. The property is located close to many places of interest. We took Ubers but could have easily driven. I highly recommend the property and would book again.
