Nice place. Easy access to either the bay or the ocean. Area was quiet.

The place is clean and convenient. Garage is a bonus. Host is great.

We live out stay and would return in a heartbeat
Positive: Th location is phenomenal. Short walk to the beach, cafes and coffee shops. Had a nice neighborhood feel. Was also super quiet considering how close everything was. The house is well equipped and had everything we needed.
Negative: The floor plan worked for us but did have a lot of stairs. Main living areas are on second floor so may not be ideal for those with limited mobility.

Very comfortable and clean for our family. Simple access to beach or bay. The rental included almost anything you would want to bring to the beach. A hot tub for the evenings, or just hanging around playing games or cards. AC kept the place cool throughout.
Good to know
