SRP Cottage — Iconic Mission Beach Retreat with AC & Rare Parking, Steps to the Ocean

We had a wonderful weekend, this place was very cozy, beds were so comfortable. Beautiful home.

Excellent spot for a beach vacation. I believe it is about 80 steps to the sand! Great location for beach days or visiting some sights in SD. Great communication with the owners. Easy check-in/out. Great walkable spots for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner. We recommend adding a wine opener and a pizza slicer to the kitchen supply.

This house is amazing! Our family had such a great time here; the location is absolutely perfect. My kids, 15, 14, 10, & 9 had the best time. The neighborhood is fantastic and the kids were able to come and go as they please without worry. We were a half a block from the beach and equally close to the bay. There are food, ice cream, and shopping all within walking distance. Everything you need is here when you get there. Towels, beach chairs, umbrella, etc and the house is just the perfect amount of space. We rented bikes for 24 hours and had a blast. Riding all over the area and up and down the boardwalk. The house is clean, very clean, and easily accessible. Dishes and laundry was key, and groceries are easily delivered via instacart from the nicest people. The management company was amazing and were accommodating with everything that we asked and needed. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!
