South Mission Beach San Diego Vacation Rental – 3BR Home with Private Patio, Garage Parking & Steps to the Beach

Well we arrived 11 pm on the hottest day of the year. It was 87 degrees on the thermostat, way hotter in bedrooms upstairs. No ac, which we had not noted on THE VERY BOTTOM of the listing. However, no fans were on and every window was shut. As we had 2 infants with us, we could not stay and got 3 rooms for 200 each. We returned in the morning after unsuccessfully working with host on another solution. It was actually hotter, even after leaving every window open. Our host eventually offered a smaller unit with ac, but couldn't guarantee we wouldn't have to pay for both. We used the unit for beach access, nothing else. Stay at your own risk, the place is right at the beach, looks clean, but if it's warm you'll regret it.
